CrowdStrike is listed on the S&P 500

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, has joined the benchmark stock index.

In the third quarter of fiscal year 2024, CrowdStrike achieved revenue (ARR) of more than $3 billion, becoming the fastest and only cybersecurity software provider in history to reach this level. In the most recent quarter, CrowdStrike achieved record ARR of $3.65 billion, up 33 per cent year-over-year.
